This retreat is for moms who are overwhelmed, burned out, or simply craving space to breathe. Whether you’re deep in the chaos of motherhood or just need to reconnect with yourself, you are welcome here. You do not need to be in crisis to attend —just ready to rest and receive.

Nope. While this retreat is created and led by licensed therapists, you do not need to be in therapy to attend. This isn’t a replacement for therapy —it’s a supportive, restorative experience informed by clinical care, designed to help you heal and recharge in a safe space.

Never required. You’re in charge of how much or how little you share. While group circles and workshops are deeply healing, everything is invitation —not obligation. We honor your pace.

Private rooms offer a solo sleeping space and extra solitude. Shared rooms are with one other guest and are ideal for those who enjoy quiet companionship. All guests have full access to retreat offerings.

Exact retreat destination is announced at the drop of registration. They are all in New Jersey for now. The space is peaceful, nurturing, and intentionally chosen to support deep rest and restoration.

This retreat is intentionally child-free so that you can fully rest without caregiving. We know that’s not always easy —but it’s part of the healing. If you need help coordinating childcare, we’re happy to offer suggestions.

Because spaces are limited and bookings are made in advance, all payments are non-refundable. However, you may transfer your spot to another approved guest or apply it to a future retreat if needed (within our policy timeline). We get that life happens —just reach out and we’ll work with you.
