About Our Retreats

Off Duty: A Mom’s Retreat was created for the moms who are always "on.”
The ones who show up for everyone else but feel like they’re fading in the process.

This is more than a weekend away. It’s a therapist-led, soul-restoring space designed to help you slow down, breathe deeper, and reconnect with the parts of yourself that have been on hold.

We blend mental health care with real rest —offering guided support, community healing, and quiet moments just for you. No pressure. No performance. Just presence.

You won’t find packed schedules, fake wellness fluff, or surface-level solutions here.
What you will find: cozy spaces, clinical expertise, and a deeply nurturing experience tailored for mothers who need more than a break —they need a beginning.

Because healing starts when you finally go Off Duty.

Itinerary

What’s Included in Your Stay:

Day 1 – Arrival & Grounding

  Theme: Welcome & Letting Go

  • 3:00 PM – Arrival & Check-In
    Welcome drinks (herbal teas, fruit-infused waters, champagne), welcome gift bags.
  • 5:00 PM – Opening Circle & Intention Setting
  • 6:30 PM – Nourishing Dinner
  • 8:30 PM – Fire Circle Ceremony (Letting Go Ritual) 


Day 2 – Release & Reconnect

  Theme: Letting Go of the Overwhelm

  • 8:30 AM – Yoga

                   Focusing on releasing guilt, stress, and burnout.

  • 9:30 AM - Breakfast & Workshop led by Registered Dietitian Annie Zappulla, RDN - The Nourished Mom
  • 10:30 AM – Silent Break (Unplugging Hour)

                   Here you can explore the grounds or use any of the amenities.

  • 11:30 AM - Workshop: “The Invisible Load of Motherhood” 

                    Led by Licensed Therapist Marissa Volinsky, MS, LPC, NCC
                   Exploring mental/emotional labor + group sharing.

  • 12:30 PM – Lunch - Charcuterie and Wine Pairing (girl lunch!)
  • 3:00 PM - Workshop: Meet Kimberly Santicerma, a Pregnancy & Postpartum    Certified Fitness Coach 

                    Discuss the basics of your core and pelvic floor after childbirth.

  • 5:00 PM – Dinner
  • 7:00 PM – Sunset Cruise and Cocktails - (weather dependent)

                  If it rains there will be another group activity planned.

Day 3 – Receive & Replenish

  Theme: Filling Your Own Cup

  • 9:30 AM – Breakfast
  • 11:00 AM – Workshop: “Boundaries & Balance”

                       Led by Licensed Therapist Marissa Volinsky, MS, LPC, NCC
                 Saying no, claiming space, self-care without guilt.

  • 12:30 PM – Lunch + Optional Rest Time / Journaling
  • 2:30 PM – Spa Treatments
        Choose one from the following: Turkish Bath Detoxifying Mud Treatment, 50-minute Classic Massage, or a Glow Start Facial.
  • 7:00 PM – Wine/Beer Pairing Dinner

Day 4 – Reclaim & Rise

  Theme: Empowerment & Identity Beyond “Mom” / Going Home Full

  • 10:00 AM – Final Breakfast & Farewells

                   Open Discussion:  “What I’m taking home with me.” 

  • 12:00 PM Departures

Expect lighthearted lessons, giveaways, and moments that leave you feeling empowered. Whether you’re new to tennis or returning after years, this add-on is a beautiful way to expand your retreat experience.



Tennis Experience Add-On — $130 per guest

Elevate your retreat with an exclusive session led by the renowned H20 Tennis team. Enjoy expert coaching, personalized guidance, on-court giveaways, and all equipment is provided. No experience needed —just come ready to move, laugh, and indulge in something just for you.
